Tonight's dinner was my slightly deconstructed and somewhat bastardized Poulet Cocotte Grand Mere with new potatoes and peas. And for dessert, vanilla bean ice cream topped with chopped dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
Tonight's dinner was creamy chicken soup with leeks, celery, onion, mushrooms and spinach, and sliced bolillo rolls topped with roasted garlic and parmesan, and broiled until slightly crispy.
Okay, that last part isn't true. I'm slightly rusty, and a bit frayed at the edges. I love food, and if you saw my backside, you'd know that wasn't a lie!
