Lesley C, February was the last time. The food and service were excellent as always. I will be in Montreal in 2 weeks and plan on eating there again. Why did something happen recently? Has the food or service gone down hill?

The Terrace at La Maree is very nice and the food is excellent too.

I do agree large corporations have ruined the American food and restaurant market and it is creeping outside the US borders. I for one would like to see more independent restaurants and I do support them. But KK doughnuts are highly addictive and hard to resist when they come fresh from the fryer.

The glazed are like crack cocaine. You can't stop eating them after you have one. Very easy to eat a dozen of the hot one's all by yourself.
