  1. Hi! I am nineteen years old with five years of cooking experience. I am currently working at a restaurant called Sweet Basil in Vail, Colorado. I am setting up a stage at Geranium in Copenhagen. There is a lot of paperwork, but I'm not set to leave until May 1st of next year. Has anyone staged in Copenhagen from the USA on this forum?
