Thank you, Deryn and the others who sent messages about the loss of "Fat Guy". I did realize it was an older message, but figured I'd chance the possibility that my question might be seen and answered. I have to assume the muffin recipe must have changed, or maybe labeling was improved. Who knows. Fortunately, I found a bread made at a local bakery that uses uniodized baker's salt and also someone shared a recipe that will work. I plan to bake some tomorrow.
