One cannot learn or experience all the things that interest us so it is a pleasure to join a group that brings so much to share at the table. I live to eat and cooking has become my new field of interest since my wife who is a good cook became disabled. Growing up living in the back of a small mom and pop grocery store and spending 50 years in food and beverage manufacturing has taught me many things but having to prepare meals for the day is a new learning experience. I look forward to learning from the Forum.
