My name is Elias Castellanos and I am happy to join your group. I am currently in love with a wonderful Executive Chef that has treated me to some of the best food I have ever had in my life. She has been in charge of some of the largest outlets in Las Vegas, has created menus for national chains, written articles for news papers, been included in books, and traveled with a celebrity chef. She has made me appreciate good food like never before. We are currently working on a wonderful concept that will bring her love of food to a broad community. I am extremely excited with what we are doing and the wonderful people in the culinary industry that I have had the opportunity to meet and dine on their food.
