Hi guys, it's an honour to join this community. Love-hate relationship with cooking started a couple of years back. I liked steak. I couldn't cook steak. Undercooking, overcooking, watching videos on youtube... Made lots of progress, yet the more I know, the more I realize there's too much stuff I dont know. Also bought a few gadgets lately (Dutch oven, sansaire circulator, etc), which I hope to use to their full power. Thanks again, and see you around!
