Hi, I'm doing some research about the casual dining sector. Could anyone help me with the following? How many casual dining restaurants are in the UK? How many of them are independent? Even if a restaurant has multiple outlets consider it as 1 restaurant. E.g.: 'Example restaurant' has 30 outlets in the UK, consider it as 1 restaurant and not as 30. Independent = not a branded franchise. Examples for branded franchise: Vapiano, Wagamama, etc..
