I was hoping someone could direct me to a restaurant in or around Vancouver, BC where I could try some authentic southern cuisine. I have seen a lot of southern dishes on food shows lately and would love to dive in and experience it myself. I want to be sure that I'm getting as authentic a taste as I can, outside of the southern states themselves. Thanks in advance!
