Hi guys!
I'm just starting out with modernist cooking and my husband is giving me a sous vide machine for my birthday (so spoilt!!). Anyways... He's asked me whether I want the creative or professional model and I thought I would ask on here what everyone thought was appropriate.
I obviously have the choice of either but don't want to just choose the most expensive one just because its more expensive if there isn't actually much point for home cooking.
