Thanks, I hadn't heard of Keystone, I'll try it. There's also the Tippling Club in Dempsey Hill, which I love and go back to regularly; Iggy's which is superb and often makes the "world's best" lists; also 2am:lab and 2am:dessertbar which I have heard of but not tried. Let us know if you find more!
