  1. I tried it with relatively cheap frozen skinless Tilapia (I was shopping on xmas eve). It was a great success, I once again proved the skeptics wrong. There was a lot of liquid on the bottom of the plate, probably related to the frozen-ness of the Tilapia so I had to be careful when serving. I havent experimented with it though, so I would also like to hear what other people have done.
