Awesome, Thanks for the feedback. I read some where that there was potential for the gas to shut off. I will get one now. Thanks again.

MC states the steel sheet method to make pizza works for an electric oven. Will it work for a gas oven? I read somewhere that could be a problem. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
