I recently got my modernist cuisine at home and saw that many of the recipes contain wondra flour. However, living outside the US (Israel) I am not able to obtain this product. Is there any suggestions on how to replace it with an equivalent product? If I replace it with normal flour will the recipes work? Thanks in advance, Yariv
