  1. @ CatPoet this butifarea is very special because the butcher replace part of the fat with some jelly meats like pig's tail or pig's trotters. It's awesome!!!
  2. Hello everyone, This is my first post here. This weekend I cooked a typical spanish stew: potato, níscalos (a kind of mushroom lactarius delicius) and butifarra negra (a kind of blood sausage from Catalonia), made with brown chicken stock. Absolutely amazing!!! Regards!! @jesusfdezprieto
