  1. Well I was thinking of an automated reply i.e. if the owner/manager calls up a pre-fixed number, it would automatically cut the call and reply with an sms. But now, it kinda seems old fashioned... so i thought of dropping the whole concept.
  2. Hi All, I am a software developer, writing a software for restaurant management and maintenance. With my software in place, the restaurant management / owner has access to up-to-the-minute information such as number of customers till now/today/this week/ this month, avg bill size, avg customer time, number of customers who willingly gave their contact information to know about restaurant programs, etc (and other information, that a POS system is able to provide). If I were to assign a mobile number to your restaurant, and suppose if you were to call up that number and get an automated sms reply with restaurant status information, what information would you prefer, and why? Please help me out here. My understanding of restaurants' needs is very poor. Thanks.
