What sauces do you consider the "Mother Sauces"?

The 5 'Classical' mother sauces are : Béchamel Espagnole Hollandaise Tomato Velouté This comes from my training manual's at Le Cordon Bleu. Vinaigrette is NOT a mother sauce.
