Hi all, Im planing to open my own shop. But I need to know what kind of Ovens are best for baking cheesecake that: produce multi moulds of cheesecakes?. I have been searching through web but there is no specific information about Ovens for cheesecake. I have an oven - Malaysian made- with NO fans. It suppose to do at least 8 moulds but its only do 4 ones because of its poor heat distributing. could you help finding good quality oven made just for cheesecake? thanx Khalid
