Try Cacao Barry. They have some amazing chocolate, especially their Extra-Bitter Guayaquil 64% if you like dark. Its great for ganaches. Also, there's Valrhona Chocolate from France but it would be more expensive. They have one flavor called Lactee Orange and its really, really good.
