OMG!
I am shocked!
She was very good to me.
She sent me two cards when I was in the nursing and therapy facility.
She will be sorely missed.
RIP, Heidi

LOL. Ramps. Beloved of bored chefs. Little bitty hyperlocal and seasonal alliums. In season right now.
They are fine, but really add nothing unique. I cook with them when I have them.
You are missing nothing.
Yeah!

Don't you just love to hear people grapple with 'Worcestershire'?
My Dad calls it What's-This-Here sauce.

I haven't had it, but it always seems to get rave reviews.

So re the eggs cut around the equator versus lengthwise? Different to me
I cut them lenghwise.
I like the extra room for piping on "filling."

I was looking for unique recipes the other day.
One was ham balls in pineapple preserves.
Apricot sounds good!

The three most popular potluck items around here are usually, mac & cheese, baked beans, and deviled eggs.

The traffic light was in front of the former Princeton police station. I thought best to assess the breaks of my Jeep. The top layer of Swiss meringue landed neatly on the quiche. I received many compliments for creativity.

I make too many to list (it would have to be specified to course/hot or cold/etc.)
It can be any dish-to-pass and I'm willing to make anything.

I first learned about Duke's from @btbyrd on the Chefsteps forum...several years ago now.

But here in NJ I've never seen Duke's in a store back before forever.
It was introduced here fairly recently.
Mrs. Filbert's was available here for decades, it was great years ago.
I think it was also made by Sauer, but I don't think they still make it.

Your go to uses? Not just sandwiches?
Mayo is a staple in low-carb eating...so I wouldn't know where to begin listing the many ways I use it and homemade mayo. 🙂

I have never seen Duke's locally for sale.
It was available here until the supply-chain crisis.
