Does anyone know how to keep broccoli recipes warm? I am talking about cooked broccoli recipes that have been stir fried or cooked without being in a casserole recipe.

I have been reading about Edge Pro. I just purchased a new WUSTHOF chefs knife. Should I sharpen it when it feels dull? I had read to sharpen your knife after every use. What is the correct answer?
