Actually you'll be surprise how many fish the fish monger/supplier sell them with guts in. However, I've asked many company and no one is willing to order live monk fish. I was just hoping if anyone in Van city knows any daring supplier that's willing to do such business with an individual.

You can always try to contact kitano enterprise. Their provide a decent service. However, I recommend that you buy yourself a sharpening stone and do it yourself.
