Last night was a delicious pork loin marinated in orange zest, rosemary, and garlic. On the side were cannellini beans simmered in lemon juice and rosemary. Perfect taste to get ready for spring!

Chana Masala definitely. Basically just need some rice and chick peas!

I don't have a wood-fired oven. That's a problem You can always boil them... I never toast bagels when they are fresh, however I always toast the bagged wheat bagels I buy from the grocery store. Mine does too! I tried it a few times, but don't fully understand why you would want only one side toasted.

I never really considered baking regular rice before, for a pilaf sure, but I need to try some regular white or brown. By the way, Alton Brown's recipe looks great.
