    Beef Cheeks

    Has anyone tried cooking them sous vide? I bought 800 grams of them ready vacuum packed from Waitrose... I was thinking 48 hours at about 55 degrees Celsius then a quick sear in a skillet and pop them into a steak and mushroom pie with a thick beef gravy.
