Thanks everyone for the awesome ideas! I simply grilled them last night brushing on homemade bbq sauce (my kids love it) with some yukon oven fries and broccoli with lemon butter and Parmesan. It was simple but great. Chicken breasts are no longer on my shopping list, boneless chicken thighs are now my "go to" chicken.
Can't wait to try them in some Asian dishes!
Thanks

My favorite part of the bird -- pound them flat, roll with a veggie filling, bake.
These ones had skin, which I prefer:
Thanks Peter great suggestion! I do wish my thighs still had the skin on, but you can't beat $1.78 for a pound of boneless chicken thighs especially from Whole Foods.

Whole Foods had boneless skinless chicken thighs on sale, problem being that I can't seem to think of what to do with them. Any simple suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

I miss Del Taco! They have them in St. Louis, but I live in Kansas City now and they do not have Del Taco or white castle here....

On my list of things to worry about, ridiculous luxury goods for the overprivileged ranks as a pretty low priority.
I agree with this statement!

I have found that that Target's Archer Farms brand frozen pizza is very good for being frozen (just make sure you look at the box to make sure it is imported from Italy). Spinach and goat cheese is the best!

D'Bronx can be good if you tell them exactly what you want. For me that means use a little less sauce, half of the cheese, cook it about two minutes longer, and don't sprinkle it with dried oregano when it comes out. Personally though, I hate being that guy, so I don't go there anymore for pizza.
715 in Lawrence was serving beautiful looking pizza when I was there, but we had already ordered a lot of food and didn't try it that night. It looks more Neapolitan than NY, but I am really excited to try it next time I'm out that way.
I would also try the other crossroads pizza places (the Art of Pizza and Pizzabella, both on Baltimore) if you haven't already, and maybe Bella Napoli in Brookside, but I'd say they're comparable to Grinders so they may not be what you're looking for.
Good luck.
Thanks so much for the suggestions. I live really close to Bella Napoli and I have never been there! I have passed there many times and three out of those many times I have seen Funkhouser standing outside, so I guess I was afraid of running into him hah. I will try and make it to Lawrence although to be honest I do not go there often, but now I have a reason to!
P.S.
My Mother in Law is from Naples and she has ruined me when it comes to finding good pizza.

My family is craving authentic Mew York style pizza and I have had no luck thus far. I need suggestions! Grinders isn't that great....it's not bad just not what it is hyped to be, I have heard decent things about Pizza 51 (across from UMKC) has anyone tried it? Again I need your suggestions! Thanks!

I love banh mi, but assembling all of those ingredients can be a hassle. So, I stuffed a sausage casing with pork shoulder, pork belly, a little chicken liver, pickled carrots, pickled cukes, pickled daikon, Sriracha, and cilantro. I froze most of it uncooked. I pull a sausage out of the freezer when I get a banh mi hankering, and put it in a sliced and toasted baguette with spiced up mayonnaise, more cilantro, and another squirt of Sriracha.
Beautiful!

I was thinking the same thing! Trying to teach people to cook at home using a restaurant deep fryer I love you Tony ,but this part of the episode was plain ridiculous!
What to do with boneless skinless chicken thighs...?
