  1. Thanks everyone for the awesome ideas! I simply grilled them last night brushing on homemade bbq sauce (my kids love it) with some yukon oven fries and broccoli with lemon butter and Parmesan. It was simple but great. Chicken breasts are no longer on my shopping list, boneless chicken thighs are now my "go to" chicken. Can't wait to try them in some Asian dishes! Thanks Elizabeth
  2. Thanks Peter great suggestion! I do wish my thighs still had the skin on, but you can't beat $1.78 for a pound of boneless chicken thighs especially from Whole Foods.
  3. Whole Foods had boneless skinless chicken thighs on sale, problem being that I can't seem to think of what to do with them. Any simple suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Del Taco

I miss Del Taco! They have them in St. Louis, but I live in Kansas City now and they do not have Del Taco or white castle here....

    Frozen Pizza

I have found that that Target's Archer Farms brand frozen pizza is very good for being frozen (just make sure you look at the box to make sure it is imported from Italy). Spinach and goat cheese is the best!
  6. Thanks so much for the suggestions. I live really close to Bella Napoli and I have never been there! I have passed there many times and three out of those many times I have seen Funkhouser standing outside, so I guess I was afraid of running into him hah. I will try and make it to Lawrence although to be honest I do not go there often, but now I have a reason to! P.S. My Mother in Law is from Naples and she has ruined me when it comes to finding good pizza.
  7. My family is craving authentic Mew York style pizza and I have had no luck thus far. I need suggestions! Grinders isn't that great....it's not bad just not what it is hyped to be, I have heard decent things about Pizza 51 (across from UMKC) has anyone tried it? Again I need your suggestions! Thanks!
  8. I was thinking the same thing! Trying to teach people to cook at home using a restaurant deep fryer I love you Tony ,but this part of the episode was plain ridiculous!
