I have the PDF of the owners manual. I’ll try to upload it today.
From the manual:
4. Allow adequate ventilation space on all sides of the oven and do not place any object on top of the oven. Keep a minimum distance of 2 inches between the steam oven and any overhead objects and a minimum distance of 1/2 inch between the sides of the oven and the wall or other objectsI have the required 2” clearance to my upper cabinets.

I'll be interested to hear your reviews. Looks like it'll hold a quarter sheet pan. Yes?
I don’t own a quarter sheet pan. I’ve read that they are 9” X 13”. If that’s correct, then yes it would fit.
The rack in this measures 12” X 15”.
My dirty pizza pan measures 12”. It barely fits in the CSO, and has plenty of space in the new one.

HOST'S NOTE: eG-friendly Amazon.com purchase link.
Hello Everyone. I’ve decided to create a separate thread for this as not to muddy up the
CSO thread. It arrived this afternoon from California and is resting comfortably next to
the CSO. I will add more photos and some dimensions as time permits.
If you have questions, let me know and I’ll try to get some answers for you.
This will be slow going. I’m overwhelmed with things that need doing right now.
My countertop is 49” L X 24” W X 18” H. I haven’t fired it up yet but understand that it doesn’t vent out the back or upwards.
Everything is bigger, just like in Texas!! We’ll see if it is better.

Damn - I just took delivery of a "backup" CSO, but this looks more interesting (and more expensive...).
The brown truck is bringing it here today. I just received my Cajun Fryer, so there will be some posts & pics coming on both.
I’ve created a thread for the F. Blumlein here:

Amazon says the F Blumlein will be here Friday. Coming from California.
I’ll set it up next to the CSO and take some photos.

Your IP has a slow cooker mode, use "high" to get a crockpot temp. That said, I sous vide my corned beef after an overnight soak with a few water changes. 180F for 6-8 hours.
Thanks. I pulled some duck legs from the Sous Vide today. It’s good to options.

My best ever results come from slow- cooking corned beef. And, no, I don’t use my iPod for that; my crockpot does a better job with just the right temperature. The resuly]take are simply amazing.
Thanks, but my crockpot has a crack. I’m hoping to use the IP in some fashion and
not replace the crockpot.

Corned Beef lovers I need your help. My IP results have been dry, and I hate dry meat.
I’m using high pressure. Do you use high or low, and what time has produced the most moist meat?

Sooner or later, somebody was bound to take one for the team.
Happy to be “That Guy”???
I can post some side by side pics and thoughts once it arrives.
If there is enough interest, the powers that be can split it off.

I subscribed to the email to see what the discount coupon would be. It's a piddly 5 per cent.
Amazon has a $70 coupon running now. I couldn’t resist!!

I have a 1/4” steel now. If I add a 1/2” steel, or 3/4” aluminum, would there be
a benefit to using the 1/4” on the rack above the pizza?

I find neither of those a problem, but that's just me.
My CSO is on an island, so no problem with the steam venting.
I would like a larger interior and I know people have mentioned it in
this thread.

I just wished they hadn't overcooked that Tomahawk steak.
Exactly what shortcomings does it address?
Interior space and rear steam vent.

We will have to hope someone’s CSO bites the dust and they still have some Trumpbux. As much as I lust after the next new toy, my pennies are being
saved for a Henkelman Neo.

Interesting. I've never heard of them.
Amazon has several reviews.

I just discovered this Steam Oven and didn't find a thread about it.
It looks to address some of the shortcomings of the CSO.

Thanks to all of you for this thread. I stayed up way too late and read the whole thing.
Made Chicken Thighs last night, the skin was amazing. Hoping to find some wings in town for tomorrow’s dinner. Bread to follow ASAP.
For those who own an iProduct, using the copy feature to paste notes/recipes into the Note App has allowed me to keep many of the great ideas here.
