What are some of the best places to eat in Florence but are not too expensive? I am planning to travel there in the Fall and I am a Culinary student on a budget. I want to try as many different places as I can without spending a furtune. Any help and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

thank you for your advice on dining in Rome. I planning on taking a trip there in the near future and I'm trying to research and find out the best places to eat that are not too expensive because I am a culinary student looking to study abroad next fall. I love all sorts of dishes however I'm not a big fan of shellfish even seafood in general but knowing that your wife didn't like it either and enjoyed this dish makes me curious and optimistic on trying "Gran Misto di Antipasti" if you have any other recommendations please let me know.
