    Farro

    I have been using Farro lately.. I have added it to a meatloaf, I treated it like risotto, I am making it into a rice pudding type dessert.. Is anyone else cooking with this stuff? Do you soak it the night before? What are some of your favorite ways to use this usefull grain.
