Tortagel is made of tapioca starch, sugar, carrageenan (gelling agent), monopotassium sodic (acidifier), and potassium chloride (stabilizer). It's obviously not a gelatin! However, does anyone know of a similar product sold in the USA? I've looked for 24 years, and end up buying this stuff in Italy and packing it into the suitcase.
