as mentioned above the Ritz Carlton is an excellent place to start and a fantastic company. Huntington is no longer a Ritz, and if your looking in the Santa Monica area I would suggest their Marina Del Rey property . . .

So yeah, I'm pretty much gonna be the oldest stage in NYC, but at this point I just want to learn more. I dont need to to collect Michellin star stages anymore, I know how to mince shallots thank you very much! I'm just curious if any of you have/are working there and what to expect.
