  1. Wegmans in Cherry Hill stocked those truffles at the same price a few years back when they opened. That box didn't last long, they were pulled within a year, along with a few other high end products which didn't move in this location.(Foie comes to mind) They do however carry the Wagyu which started to appear last year. I believe they keep a large piece of strip loin in the back, and slice off 1 or 2 thin portions to put out on the floor. Seems to give the appearance that someone buys them. Haven't pulled the trigger on one, but came close with the managers special a few times.
  2. I think you will find what you are looking for at Croce's Pasta Products on route 70 in cherry hill
  3. Been here twice. First time i enjoyed the brisket. GF got the pork belly, i didnt like the texture and thought it was bland. Sides are ok, neutral i'd say. Interesting note, the first time i went sausage was $11 for 2 links. Last night i recieved 3 links similar sized links for $9, so it seems for that item at least the price isn't too far off of texas pricing. I like the sausage but wish it had more spice to it.
  4. There is a sonic literally ONE minute from the walt whitman bridge. Right on 168 off of 130north. I dig the drinks, and the tots. always found the sandwiches and such lacking any quality.
  5. I used a $25 restaurant.com cert last week and whileh Mark did make good on the offer, was seriously disapointed about the deal he made w/ restaurant.com, it sure doesnt sound that that will be arouond too much longer, by time i paid for the food, he really almost made me feel bad about using it. However the bbq was pretty good, i thought the vinegar sauce was great. Mark is a very nice guy, it just seems that they are still in over there head a few months into operation.

  11. From the man himself.... Unfortunately for the indefinite future, the studiokitchen blog will only have limited view only by the 8 people who have access now because I can verify their identities. The blog was started simply to share ideas and give a window into the cooking process while having some fun but the annoying comments and hacking attempts have soured my interest of making it public anymore. It was only started to talk about and show what is possible with food without any advertising. It's a type of culinary diary for me unfortunately some have chosen to abuse that process. Perhaps as internet technology catches up, elements of it will become public again.
