  1. I work at a Seafood House and there isn't a day where someting doesn't happen, beteen the ordering, temp. , and even items the become 86 at a busy night, they still try to order the item. But just to say for over 15 years now I have seen it all and there has been lots of times I have had to blow my top, but ot on the floor.
