Doesn't matter, there'll be enough dishes there that nobody will be able to pin it on you. I really don't think that it's going to be a problem however - as long as it's not sitting around for hours and hours you'll be fine.
Pea and ham soup is my stock standard illness recovery dish, lots of sustenance, easy to digest and just damn tasty! Another is a herby gingery/lemongrassy asian chicken soup.
