  2. There are several places in Perth that should be on your must do list. 1. The Loose Box Restaurant. http://www.loosebox.com.au This is place that will hold its own anywhere in the world. Its a bit of a drive about 40mins out of central Perth. They have some beautiful accomodation there but it is always full so book well in advance. You will not be dissappointed. Has been running for over 20 years same owner chef. The other is a Bar come restaurant Must Wine Bar. 519 Beaufort St Mount Lawley Perth Tel +618 9328 8255 This place would also be happy in any major city in the world, food is great and the wine bar over 400 lablels, 30+ by the glass. I have lived in Europe, USA, Asia and these 2 places are as good as I have seen overseas, not to mention the price, value for money try going to a similar standard place in London, New York, Paris, Shanghai, you will be paying, min 3 times as much compared to these 2 places, and you get a smile from the staff who are happy to see you, the only thing that gets a smile in the other cities mentioned is 25% tip.

    Superbags

I got the 100 um, 1.3 L one. It was $45 + $9 shipping. ← I've seen on ebay and other sites this type of bag for oil filtering and other applications but the price starts at $9 they say they are suitable for food applications, the micron size is from 1 - 100.
  4. If a celebrity chef has his/her name on then you know most of the money u pay goes in marketing. If the product was good enough they would not need to pay someone a small fortune to promote it. Generally if it is a branded item with the chef's name and even worse a story about how they came up with the idea then it’s not worth getting. I proud to say I have never brought a Celebrity chef's product, I buy things on need, value for money, quality and operational effectiveness, not which fool has his face on the NON-environmentally friendly packaging Better spend u cash on good quality knifes, pots or some good quality copper than some junk you don't need, that doesn't general work or last more than a week. http://www.flavourshaker.co.uk/invention/ There is some real junk out there the latest one I saw was the flavour shaker. So one day he tells u to use a blender, the next the mortar and pestle, now how the flavour shaker is the only way to make a dressing or marinade and some stupid story about how it has changed his life in the kitchen, hahahaha what a joke, I can't believe anyone would buy rubbish like this. Oh well that’s what TV chef's are for entertainment
