Justin, On request from a parent at the pool party, I need a chocolate slab to keep in my freezer. This is so whenever I have people over at the pool, I can just pull it out and have it ready to serve. I thought that was a great idea!!!

Justin, The tarts were unbelievable. It is a good thing that I ordered extra to keep in the freezer. I had to take a fifth one out half way through the party. The kids loved the chocolate, as did most of the women (hahahaha). The coconut chocolate and the Marzipan were also a hit. I'll have to get my hands on the linzer to try that out, and I'll definetly have to order another chocolate to fill my cravings. You will be hearing again from me soon.

Opened a bottle of the 82 last night for Fathers day/My Husband's bday and it was fantastic. We drank this at the end of the night with a few cheeses from Spain. Definetly a night to remember.

Hello, I am having a swimming party for my son’s birthday/end of the school year party. I am having about 50 people (kids and parents) and heard that your tarts are amazing!! I am thinking about ordering from you to have you cater the desserts, as we are having a catered luncheon before the kids swim. How many tarts do you think I will need and which kinds do you recommend? The boys are 11 and 12 years old and then their parents will be there too. I am a huge fan of chocolate chip cookies, however I am picky with the brand. My absolute favourate is the Decadent chocolate chip cookies. (You can find them at Loblaws). I know know what it is about them, but they just melt in your mouth, they are amazing as they are filled with chocolate chips and they just have a great taste. Let me know what you think or if you have ever tried them before?

I think this is a great way to get people to finally start realizing that just because they don't like something, other people may enjoy it. For instance my sister is a very picky eater and it drives us all nuts in my family, but we stick to what is for dinner and if she doesn't want it then she must fend for herself. The other great thing about things she hates, for instance the stems of brocolli, it is great to use the leftovers in a stock for a soup- nothing wrong with that folks!!! Adds great flavour to any stock be in chicken, or vegetable!! Always good times at meal time in my house!!!

I have to say, my fav winery in the Niagara region would have to be the NCT (Niagara Teaching Winery). Some very nice wines and they are quite a bit cheaper than some of the other wineries, ie. Stratus, and they are just as good- if not better. Hope you enjoyed your trip though, wherever you ended up.
