  1. Same for me - I almost only use my freezer to keep frozen vegetables (it saves so much time) and frozen raspberries (I am completly addicted). The only exception I make is for soups, that are my favorite quick and easy dinner (I also make my own and freeze it), and bread. Back in France, it was different. Every corner of a street, there is a Picard store - a really famous frozen food store chain - where you can find a lot of healthy and honestly really good meals. Also, you cannot imagine how many times friends served Picard's chocolate fondant at a dinner. I miss it...
  2. Of course it does ! How do you intend to sell a guide saying "we are bad critics" ? I don't really understand what the problem is here. If all the guides and newspaper reviewed restaurants the exact same way, there would be no point in having several reviews. Isn't it good to have different points of view to help you make your own opinion rather than following blindly one advice ?

I had dinner there yesterday and I highly recommend the squid stuffed with short ribs, my favorite. I loved the squid and the lentils with chorizo so much that I end up asking the Chef where I could buy the chorizo. The citrus scallops was an excellent combination too, even though not the best I had, as I have been scallop obsessed since I arrived here. However, I was not thrilled by the beef sandwich and foie gras mayo. The cilantro topping the sandwich was overwhelming and completely covered the taste of the other components.
