If it earns a kosher label, then I guess the decision has already been made. A lot of the kosher pizza places in LA are all offering soy-pepperoni now…so they don’t seem to have a problem with it. Then again, I wonder how much of that they sell. Like you said, it still sorta smacks of being wrong. Beyond just being kosher, it does fill a niche for some people (like some with shellfish allergies) though, and that makes it worth having available.
