Used a batter posted earlier in the thread, a beef bourguignon recipe I found in a cookbook I have, and some sliced pears and cherries sautéed with butter, cinnamon and sugar (well, splenda) for dessert. I really need to get better at taking food pictures, my kitchen is just so dark though.
