  1. Ditto for that Beth, I just told the owner today about your review here he was very pleased to here about it. Have you seen the NY times review? The review was ++++. It is posted on the front door. I too love the wedge (had it today) and the A & B salads. In a weak moment the Tiramisu is fantastic. Positive Karma in this place and the line moves real quick! Kudo's to all.
  2. My visit was on 5/19 for lunch. I navigated using Garmin GPS and it made a mistake. Yes it is on RT10 EAST, but I selected the "RT10 EAST"Option. When using GPS, select RT10 WEST. Apparently RT10 has an EAST and WEST using the same street numbers that start from the circle. As stated before in this thread it is located adjacent to the Toys R Us. Now onto the food. The food Pastrami Full Size (Split by 2) was perfect. Tasty and the proper size for the price. Sandwich maker let us try a few slices as we waited a minute or so. Spinach Kanish was bland, we ate less than half. Cole Slaw was fresh and cold and tasty as were the pickles. Service was super and felt they were really trying to service the customer, even had a someone come by and ask if everything was OK. Positive attitude here, I am going back.
  3. First let me say thanks to all that post here! I have done a review from time to time, but more often lurk. Yesterday I searched the forum for a luncheon spot near Edison. Thank-you Rosie and the rest for Lu Cas (sp?). It was super. Anyway, I will be hosting a dinner birthday out for a group of 10. Most of us are around 50,but this crowd still likes to have fun and can be loud.lol. So any ideas on a place that can be fun and entertaining? Would like 30-35 minutes from intersection for RT78 and Parkway, say between New Brunswick, north to Bloomfield, East to the Hudson or north towards Morristown. Dinner and Comedy club in New Brunswick is about all I can think of. Need ideas! Thanks
