It's great to hear everyone's popcorn tips & tricks. We are frequent poppers in our house. I love to use bacon grease in place of all or some of the oil. Especially good with butter, salt, and grated Parmigiano on top. I also like using ghee since you get the butter flavor without adding extra butter on top. All you need is salt. Although, there is a discernible cultured butter type of flavor with ghee.
