hi there. I heard about a restaurant in Girona called el cellar de can roca. I've been told its probably the best in the world at this time. has anyone been there. I'd love to find out more about it

well its not cheap but I recomend commerce 24. the chef used to be sous-chef @ el bulli. amazing food. also there is is this great desserts only restaurant calle Espagne e sucre. I believe its right acros the street from commerce 24

I had a tobaco chocolate at the fat duck recently. it was lovely. I would like to try it out in my citchen . does anyone know what kind of tobaco one should use? just a plain packet you buy in a store or something organic maybe? anyone??
