How was the wait (or was there one?) I love Zakkushi on Denman, but last time I was there the wait to get a table was nuts.

I try not to dip below 15%. I probably average about 20%, occasionally up to 25% if things are really excellent. I've worked food service (fast food, admittedly, years ago) and I know how much of a pain it can be.

My vote for best burger goes to Moderne. I haven't been there since they've reopened, which I should probably rectify...

I'm partial to Hon's, and while I've only been to Sun Sui Wah once (dim sum), it was good enough that I'd put it up there too. Prawn Garden out in Mission is actually quite good (love their ginger beef, though Austin Heights Diner in Coquitlam does it pretty well too), but apparently they had a fire recently so they're closed.
