Thanks to both of you - Andrew, your selection is well known to me - but a little too far... I will check out Restaurant 62...

I am looking for what appears to be a rarity in Vacouver - a good restaurant in the country - outside of Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, etc. It could be a free standing operation or part of a nice country inn - another rarity... Does anyone have more knowledge that can be shared?
