  4. What a fab dinner!!! And great pics of the Wolf in action!! Gorgeous range!!!!!!! Your counters look great...what are they? Oh and that picture of you? Based on the fact that you had three hours sleep and shopped and cooked all day? Fab, I say! I would have been *under the table, napping*...so I think you did extremely well!
  5. Your kitchen is funky-gorgeous! How much input did Daddy-A have in it? And the sink....ahhhhhh!!! I tried to show the Wolf to spouse last night...he covered his eyes, refusing to look, even though I mentionned the red knobs. I waaaaaannnnt one! (but it won't happen...)*sigh*

  10. Oh, Maggie, how about Sweetgrass Aboriginal Bistro??? They're on Murray, can be found at sweetgrassbistro.ca. Their aim is the same as Les Fougères'...fresh, local, beautifully put together. The entrance is non-descript. A new condo is being built next to it and...well, construction is construction. However, once inside, the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. The walls are adorned with native artwork which changes monthly. The chefs (who are also the owners) know what they are doing...and, believe it or not, the price is really ok! Wine list: interestingly, no French or Italian here...you will find interesting Australian, New-Zealand, Californian, Canadian.... Enjoy! I have, again and again.... edited to add: oh, and they do lunch beautifully!
