  1. There's a lot of buzz about this place and their sommelier, Belinda Chang, who received many accolades while she was at Fifth Floor in San Francisco. You can read a mini interview with her in this week's edition of Chicago Magazine's Dish. =R= ← Does anyone know how casual this place is? The part about the wine list really grabbed my attention! ← Seems to be a semi-casual kind of place. I think you would feel comfortable in nice jeans. ← I stopped in to peek. Maybe one step up from jeans (or REALLY nice jeans).

  3. I read they have a new restaurant that just opened up. Maybe you could check it out and tell us all about it. I read about it on Metromix.com and they have a little preview of it. It is called Osteria via Stato.
  4. They serve crazy good rectangle pizza cut into squares at Pinch in NYC.
  5. If it means the same thing as it did for Noon a Kabob, anyone who wants to go to Trio Atelier should do so now because the restaurant will be packed once the show airs.
  6. I'd go with what the menu says rather than my somewhat distant memory! Maybe they changed it since I had that dish, which was a while ago.
  7. Orzo is supporting those meatballs, not Spanish rice.
