  1. A big bowl of polenta with butter and cheese cheers me right up! I make a nice pot for myself, grab a class of wine and eat it in bed while watching the food network. Better then prozac.
  2. I read somewhere that the former editor of The Vegetarian Times went back to eating meat after years of being a vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for about 20 years now. I never liked meat so it was an easy transition for me. I have no interest in eating meat at all. Great vegetarian cooking is a challenge that I enjoy. I think being a vegetarian has made me a more creative cook and has expanded my tastes in many ways.
