Achaia

[Most memorable (its been almost 1 year) was a red pepper stuffed (sorry I don't recall the name) with a wonderful cheese filling. I was trying to re-create these a few weeks ago, but couldn't figure out what combination of cheeses went into the filling.. Any suggestions? The filling for the dish which is named Pimientos del piqillo rellenos de queso y setas is goat cheese and mushrooms Steve

The Mini Bar would be a great idea except it's booked for the next two months. Mourayo in Dupont circle is fantastic. It is rarely talked about, but I think its' grilled fish is amazing. Cashion's has great food, but their service has been questionable as of late. The dim sum bruch at Cafe Atlantico is fun and casual. Teatro Goldoni on K street and Restaurant Eve in Alexandria are both fantastic places for upscale dining.

The menu is identical to the other locations with the exception of the specials and the wine list.

My Screen name and perhaps Achaia Clauss are related to an area of greek history named Achaia.

Well, Being a friend of scooter pies, and at Jaleo next store, he/ she isn't handing out classified info on Oyamel. We at Jaleo open in two weeks. Having also worked at Zaytinya. I can tell you that Oyamel will do for mexican food what Zaytinya did for Eastern Med. food as well. By the way I'm new to e gullet as well and I'll keep my name quiet for the moment.
