i've found some good stuff at stroheckers i esp. the good bomba rice

nothing i like better with grilled salmon then fresh peach salsa i keep it simple just peaches, peppers, onion and a little lime juice

when it comes to peaches search out Suncrest, they have been terrific this year maybe at a farmer's market At the Portland or Hillsdale market Bairds has them fantastic flavor fresh eating or a simple cobler (cook's illistrated last issue has a great recipe)
