A very good commercial brand is available. It is used by many Jamaican restaurants here in Orlando, FL. It is made by WALKERSWOOD and is called Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - Hot & Spicy. It is available at most Carribean grocery stores or online at www.walkerswood.com. You still have to grill "low and slow" with some good wood for smoke, but, it'll save you a step.
